BB Media Group, operating as Brainy Bees, provides link building, content marketing, digital PR, SEO consulting, and related services as described on our website and in individual client agreements. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

Upon full payment, all content and deliverables created by Brainy Bees for a client are assigned to that client unless otherwise specified in the statement of work. We retain the right to display anonymized or general descriptions of work performed for portfolio and case study purposes, unless explicitly prohibited by the client in writing.
The BB Media Group and Brainy Bees brand, logo, website content, tools, and proprietary processes remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Payment terms are outlined in individual proposals or contracts. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to pause work on accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement, including business strategies, proprietary tools, client lists, login credentials, and internal data. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of 2 years.
Brainy Bees provides services on a best-effort basis. While we strive for measurable results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control (search engine algorithms, market conditions, client actions). Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in the contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide all deliverables completed to date and assist with a reasonable handover.
